About the Role
We are hiring a
Sales Order Administrator (Healthcare)
to manage and validate purchase orders from public and private sector healthcare organisations.
This role is focused on
order accuracy, documentation control, and alignment with quotations and regulatory standards
— it is
not a call-centre or sales support position
.
Your work ensures that each order is approved, compliant, and ready for fulfilment within our Intact Xline ERP system.
This is a structured, process-driven role suited to someone who values precision, responsibility and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate sales orders through Intact Xline ERP, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Match purchase orders against quotations to confirm pricing, product codes and practitioner details.
Liaise with public and private sector procurement teams (by email and phone) to resolve order discrepancies.
Monitor order status and address holds due to missing POs, pricing queries or incomplete information.
Maintain accurate records to meet audit, GDPR and medical device traceability standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Accounts, Warehouse) to support timely fulfilment and invoicing.
Contribute to improvements in order processes and documentation standards.
About You
2+ years' experience in
order processing, procurement support, healthcare logistics or similar
.
Experience with
purchase orders, quotations or ERP systems
(Intact Xline an advantage).
Strong attention to detail with an understanding of commercial impact of order accuracy.
Confident communicating with procurement teams to resolve order queries.
Familiarity with regulated environments (GDPR, MDR or audit processes) is beneficial.
Comfortable working
on-site, Monday–Friday
in a structured documentation-driven role.
What We Offer
From €32,000, depending on experience (DOE)
Permanent contract with 6-month financial review
