Account Executive – Drive sales growth and customer expansion by promoting Contentful’s solutions to new and existing clients. The role focuses on developing account strategies, managing pipelines, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets while closely collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing RFIs/RFQs.
* Negotiating contracts and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers through a value‑based, consultative sales approach.
* Developing account strategies and managing pipelines to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
* Experience selling a technical platform as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive.
* Strong quota‑carrying experience with proven ability to close $60‑100k+ opportunities.
* Experience growing and expanding existing customer accounts.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
