Franchise Capability & Processes 9 Franchise Fundamentals / Franchise AOP
Lead the development of the Region Franchise AOP and Calendar of activity.Coordination of Annual 9Fs assessment, track and analyse performance against 9FFs and recommend action plans for inclusion in AOP.Ensure execution of the Franchise Calendar (IFC, SSA, JBP, BDA, AOP, COOP).Franchise Capability
Coordination of IB learning Pathway local deployment (Experiencing Franchise).Ensure proper on boarding process and training is in place for new joiners.Lead capability build for Region Franchise population (9FFs, Exp Fr, TSE, …etc.
).Franchise Community
Lead Monthly Franchise Leadership Team Meeting.Ensure franchise functional community and best practice sharing in region Franchise.Coordination of Knowledge Sharing – providing input to IB and acting as conduit for Region Bus to identify appropriate BPs for Bottlers.Coordination of Region attendees at Global Forums (IFC, IBC etc).Reward & Recognition – coordination of Region nominations and Region winners for the following Programs

Governance Mitigates risk to PepsiCo by ensuring the Concentrate Model is not compromised through poor Governance.Own the Governance calendar, ensuring all Renewals are addressed in timely manner.Own the scheduling and planning of the Region Governance Council, ensuring BUs are prepared to address relevant Checkpoints using the correct materials as per Governance.Council Templates
Partner with Legal/Finance/Marketing/Control in reviewing and updating existing processes.3.
Bottler Engagement Joint Planning / Aligning the System
Coordination of System Strategic Assessment (SSA) completion from Business Units.Scheduling Three Year Joint Planning Sessions with Top Bottlers in Region, including securing Sector Cross-Functional attendance.Facilitation of 3YR JP meeting so that Franchise lead can fully participate.Bottler Community Inclusion
Ensure bottler network is engaged in PEP's agenda through strengthening ties and enhancing the relationship with the bottler through.Partnering with Global Franchise in Annual Bottler Conference as an agent for Region bottlers.Ownership of Region Bottler Forums (e.g.
LATAM AOP, or AMESA ABC) Leading and managing Regional Bottler Conference to recognize success across different business pillars (Results, Capability & Sustainability) and promote PEP's visions and plans.Coordination and preparation of materials for Bottler Top to Tops.Alignment of Bottler attendees for UEFA Champions League Final.QualificationsMin 5 years experience in the franchise function, directly leading bottling relationships and delivering on JBPs and AOPs.Experience from more than one market.Extensive experience in using 9FF with bottling partners.Strong collaboration skills are needed as this role deals with a great variety of stakeholders inside and outside PepsiCo.Excellent Communication skills to be able to interact with very different set of stalkholders.Strong at navigating in and outside the organization to be able to influence with impact.Ability to connect data, generate insights and present to executives and senior leaders.Agility is deeply required to be able to respond to different ways of working with bottlers.Excellent Influenceing skills to be able to impact bottlers and Markets decisions.Strong ability to Harmonize between markets and strike the balance between Sector and bottlers agendas.
