We are currently seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join a reputable hospital in Galway, Ireland.

Permanent | Part-Time (22.5 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Oversee the safe and effective preparation, dispensing, and management of medications within the hospital.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams.
Provide clinical guidance and support on medication use, safety, and optimisation of therapy.
Promote and monitor medication safety, regulatory compliance, and best practice standards.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing service development.
Support the management and supervision of pharmacy staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
Requirements Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or eligible for registration.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a pharmacist (hospital experience desirable).
Strong planning, organisational, and resource management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in change management and quality improvement initiatives.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
