About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
* Minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
* Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
* Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI's and achieving targets
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Considerable attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
* Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
