Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with Production and QC to minimise downtime during maintenance access.

* Ensure all equipment, utilities, and facilities are maintained on schedule.

* Prioritise and assign work to engineers and contractors to support production.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

* Minimum 5 years' maintenance and people management experience in a GMP pharma/biotech setting.

* Strong knowledge of EU GMP, particularly Annex 1 and Annex 15.

* Proficient in CMMS, ideally eMaint.
">
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
">
* Familiar with utilities and cleanroom systems (e.g. HVAC, purified water, steam, compressed gases).
