Business Development Manager
to join their growing team.This position requires a strategic, commercially minded individual with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing both customer decisions and internal product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging sectors.
* Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and meet revenue targets across Ireland.
* Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams.
* Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
* Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other internal teams to tailor customer solutions.
Product Development
* Lead the research and introduction of new products aligned with market needs and sustainability goals.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to expand and optimise the product portfolio. Monitor customer feedback, compliance requirements, and innovation trends to guide development.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product management.
* Proven B2B sales success, preferably within insulation, HVAC, cleanroom, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of technical products and the Irish construction market.
* Demonstrated experience in product sourcing, launch, and portfolio growth.
