Job Description:
This role offers a dynamic opportunity within the insurance industry, focusing on sales and customer service. The primary responsibilities include obtaining sales within personal lines and commercial insurance, assisting the sales office to deliver excellent customer service, and working closely with the brand manager and sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving sales targets through prospecting and upselling products, setting up new client accounts.
* Handling customer queries and referring unresolved or technical issues to the appropriate departments.
* Completing relevant industry qualifications and CPD hours as required.
* Participating in various office tasks with flexibility.
* Following up on renewals, identifying sales opportunities, and suggesting cover/rate improvements.
Candidate requirements:
* APA or CIP qualification.
* CPD aligned with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Experience in sales and customer service.
* Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
* A passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
