We provide a full 360 design, build, manufacture, and install service with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and repeat customer partnerships. * Manage project cost plans, BOQs, and tender documents * Conduct cost analysis and maintain accurate project financial reporting * Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance Key Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline * 3+ years experience as a QS in fitout or construction * Strong understanding of fitout cost structures, materials, and subcontractor markets The role offers flexibility to be based in either Dublin or Belfast with project travel as required.
