Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Monitoring and recording hours on timesheets
* Scheduling meetings on site and taking minutes
* Maintaining databases
* Filing site paperwork
The role involves monitoring sign-in sheets, delivery dockets, general administration duties like filing, typing, photocopying organizing couriers faxing etc.
