Applications are invited for 1 position in the Support Services Department.
1)Receptionist — Part Time, If & When Required Permanent Contract
Flexibility is required—Monday to Sunday, shift work from 6.45am-10pm.
Essential Criteria
The post holder must:
* Have been educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of one years’ previous experience working in a busyReception/front of house environment.
* Customer service experience.
* Have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, consultant staff, staff, patients, public and outside agencies.
* Have good keyboard skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
* Must be able to multitask
* A positive and committed approach to your work.
