* Registered Nurses with active NMBI registration are highly sought after
* A minimum of 2 years management experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is required
* Post-registration qualifications in Gerontology and/or Dementia Care are highly desirable
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the highest standards of nursing and social care tailored to meet each resident's individual needs
* Oversight of clinical governance, assessments, and care planning to maintain quality outcomes
* Leadership and mentoring of CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, promoting teamwork, learning, and excellence in care delivery
* Supervision of medication management, regular audits, and collaboration with GPs and pharmacists to ensure compliance and best practice
Key skills required include strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a commitment to professional development and staff empowerment.
