We are seeking an experienced HRMS Consultant with strong implementation expertise to lead and support end-to-end Human Resource Management System (HRMS) deployments. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, manage system integrations, oversee data migration, and ensure successful go-live and adoption.This role requires a blend of HR process knowledge, technical system capability, and strong project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Project DeliveryLead full lifecycle HRMS implementations (discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)Conduct client/workshop sessions to gather and document functional and technical requirementsTranslate business requirements into system configuration and solution designConfigure core HR, payroll, time & attendance, recruitment, performance, and other modules as requiredDevelop implementation project plans, timelines, and milestonesManage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycleSystem Configuration & IntegrationConfigure workflows, security roles, approval chains, and business rulesSupport integrations with payroll systems, finance/ERP platforms, ATS, benefits providers, and third-party toolsOversee data migration, validation, and reconciliationCoordinate with technical teams on APIs, SSO, and system integrationsTesting & Go-Live SupportDevelop and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT)Support stakeholders during UAT cycles and resolve system defectsLead cutover planning and go-live activitiesProvide hypercare support post-implementationStakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadersProvide process improvement recommendations aligned with system capabilitiesDeliver system demonstrations and training sessionsPrepare user guides and documentationCompliance & Best PracticeEnsure system configuration aligns with employment legislation and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)Promote HR best practices and system optimisation opportunitiesSupport audits and reporting requirementsRequired Experience & Skills3–5+ years’ experience implementing HRMS / HRIS solutionsProven experience delivering at least 1 full lifecycle HR system implementationsStrong understanding of core HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)Experience with one or more HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, UKG, Dayforce, Sage HR, etc.)Experience with data migration and integration projectsStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with payroll system implementationTechnical knowledge of APIs, SQL, or reporting toolsProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)Experience in multi-country implementationsClient-focused and solution-orientedStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
