Quantity Surveyor Role

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivery. A degree and/or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is essential.

Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing tender packages, evaluating risk and value engineering measures, and overseeing contractors' work for payments.
\
The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing maintenance costs versus capital costs, assessing post-occupancy lifecycle advice, and advising on claims, disputes, and contractual issues.
\
This role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as outstanding communication and written skills, including English. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards is also required.
