About the Role:
This is an on-site role in Briarhill, Galway City, working Monday to Friday from 5pm to 1am. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
* Handle product complaints and provide a prompt resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
* Native language speaker or fluency in spoken and written English.
* Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales.
* Strong communications skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
