ADI seeks to hire an NPI planning manager to ensure all parts released are plannable in planning systems. This is a highly dynamic role, and the manager will work closely with BU partners to understand release details and ensure supply planning is successfully completed for evolve release.
Responsibilities
Build and lead team of NPI planners
Interface with BU NPCs/PMs and Production planning
Ensure the parts are plannable once released
Supply planning of key NPIs – wafer risk starts, ensuring backend readiness
Work with NPI Ramp program management team and support them to ensure flawless ramp execution of NPIs
Harmonize NPI planning across all legacy companies
Interface with project managers of ongoing system change related projects, understand the impact on NPI Planning and make modifications to NPI planning process if necessary
The role is newly created and will evolve with time to suit the requirements of the team.
Qualifications
12-15 years of demand and supply planning (NPI planning preferred)
Team management and coaching experience
Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management preferred
Semiconductor experience preferred
Extreme attention to details, seasoned planner, can manage multiple high priority releases at once
