Our practice has been consistently rated as the best team in the industry by the Financial Times based on client ratings and was key for Accenture to be named a leader by Forrester.The Opportunity for YouAs a Manager, you will be involved in:Assessing organisations and defining target state definitions across the various architecture layers.Collaborating with industry and business specialists to develop comprehensive transformation strategies and roadmapsAdvising on the most suitable frameworks, operating models and technologies to adoptConducting architecture maturity assessments and recommending next most valuable stepsAnalysing industry context, interviewing key client stakeholders, building and facilitating client workshops, and ensuring a fact-based approach to adopting technology and organisational transformationLeading multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell and implement technology transformation programmesQualifications & Background:We are looking for experienced technology and architecture who can develop and cultivate long-term client relationships, become key contributors within multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams, embrace diversity and inclusion, and are creative problem solvers with a passion for transforming enterprise technology organisations.Experience of 6+ years in the area as an enterprise or solution architect, strategy or advisory role as part of leading technology organisationProven experience in defining and delivering impactful, effective, and pragmatic architecture assessments and roadmapsPersonal and professional attributes required to convince senior leadership to take bold actions and coach them through major changeAbility to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues and cultivate mentoring collaborations willing to become technology advisorsFirst class written and verbal communication skillsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentDrive, enjoy a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimismExperienced storyteller with data and ability to communicate findings to a non-technical audienceLead teams developing proposalsDesirable:BA, BSc or MSc qualified, preferably in an engineering, technology or business-related fieldExperience within the Financial Services, Health and Public Sector, Resources (Energy & Utilities), Software or Products (Consumer Goods & Services, Retail) industriesKnowledge of, and passion for, business and technology trends such as GenAI, Microservices/Containers/APIs, Blockchain, ZBx, Platform Business Models, Big Data, Internet of ThingsExperience in one or more of the following:mentoring teams to become more agile and adopting Agile delivery methodsarchitecting operating model change, workforce transformation, or product managementshaping enterprise architectures to meet business strategymodern engineering practicesALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and/or PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) toolsCertifications on:SAFe, LeSS or other Agile frameworksCloud practitioner for leading cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Architecture (e.g. TOGAF, TOG Certified Architect, DAMA Data Management)Does this appeal to you?
