About The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join Panda Waste, Ireland's largest waste management business and a proud member of the Beauparc Group. We're a team committed to environmental excellence, and we're looking for reliable professionals to join our team at the Donegal depot (F92 H2AH).
Responsibilities
* HGV Class 2 Driver: Full-time role driving a range of Class 2 vehicles, including skip, RoRo, and bin lorries.
* In these roles, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring safe and efficient collections and deliveries. You'll contribute directly to our mission of creating a cleaner, greener future.
* Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
* Effectively manage your route to complete assigned collections and deliveries.
* Maintain accurate electronic and written records.
* Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
* A clean and valid Category C licence.
* A current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
* You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
* Good knowledge of the local Donegal area and a strong sense of direction.
Key Benefits & Compensation
* Competitive Pay: hourly rate of €17.82
* Daily Bonuses: €15 attendance bonus and €5 completion bonus per day
* Subsistence Allowance: €17.92 per day
* Annual Leave: 20 days of holidays plus public holidays
* Christmas Bonus: €500 annually

Work-Life Balance & Schedule
* Working Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday work may be required
* Start Times: Early start (example for HGV Class 2 Driver): 5 am
