Supply Chain Leader
This role is a pivotal position within Operations, responsible for delivering strategic leadership in end-to-end Supply Chain activities. The scope of the role encompasses operational execution of internal & external material flow and related supply activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain productive relationships with contract manufacturers and logistics partners, and collaborate with global colleagues to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders through the Sales & Operations Planning Cycle (S&OP) to execute supply plans and meet inventory objectives.
* Lead logistics, transportation, and import/export activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide effective communications with internal and external stakeholders, leading discussion and problem-solving efforts to achieve performance targets.
* Develop and execute supply chain strategies for product launches, including technical transfers, operationalizing product supply, and site establishment.
* Manage and track inventory, perform inventory reconciliations, and support financial business processes.
* Oversee a continuous performance assessment of contract partners regarding pricing, compliance, service, quality, capacity, and management.
* Assist in the investigation of product complaints and provide input to manufacturer and QA evaluations of process deviations.
* Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of supply risk mitigation strategies.
* Implement purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
* 15+ years combined experience in manufacturing, outsourced operations, technical operations, and/or supply chain in regulated healthcare industry.
* Technical background with knowledge of Out-Sourced Manufacturing and Logistics plus Medical Device manufacturing processes desired.
* Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Experience with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 / 9001 regulations.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
* Possess a flexible approach to problem solving and apply risk-based decisions.
