The project spans three blocks and includes a mix of RC frame, blockwork, and high-spec internal finishes.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across RC frame, blockwork, and internal fit-out phases Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met Liaise with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery Maintain site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation Drive productivity and resolve site issues proactively Ideal Candidate Proven experience managing RC frame, blockwork, and internals on large-scale residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience preferred Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics Health & Safety focused with a commitment to quality delivery Why Join?
