Program Overview
The EMEA Graduate Rotation Program – Solution Engineering Path is a 12-month full-time contract beginning August ****.
It combines solution engineering and sales rotations to build a solid foundation for a future career at Salesforce.
Graduate participants receive immersive learning, in-role experience, and mentorship from experienced Solution Engineering and Sales Development professionals.
Responsibilities
Dedicate 60% of each rotation to performing role-specific tasks, targets, and stakeholder alignment.
Support live solutions demonstrations and customer discovery sessions.
Research and deepen technical knowledge of Salesforce solutions.
Apply Salesforce prospecting, qualification, and multichannel engagement techniques.
Collaborate with Sales Development specialists to run campaigns and build the EMEA sales pipeline.
Participate in self-paced certification and skills assessments.
Qualifications
Graduating in **** or **** with a bachelor's degree.
Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset.
Self-motivated, continuous learner, and comfortable in fast-paced, team-focused environments.
Goal-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
