What You'll DoCraft & Optimize: Create clear, concise Help Center articles and support content — then iterate using data, feedback, and experimentation.Fuel AI: Write, refine, and structure content specifically designed to train and optimize large language models (LLMs) for support scenarios.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineers, product teams, and operations to ensure every word you write improves the end-user experience.Solve Problems: Dig into data, track bugs with engineers, and use insights to improve both the product and its support ecosystem.Drive Strategy: Contribute to and refine the broader content strategy for support experiences tied to new product features and launches. Your Day-to-Day45%: Optimize existing support content (LLM responses, help articles) based on metrics and customer feedback.35%: Partner on new product initiatives, crafting support strategies for upcoming features.20%: Cross-functional project work — bug tracking, tooling improvements, launches, and performance reporting.
