Key Responsibilities:
The Commercial PA role involves providing high-level administrative support to a team in Belfast. The position requires the ability to draft and manage correspondence, as well as prepare documents.
* Drafting Correspondence: Prepare letters, emails and other written communications on behalf of the team.
* Document Preparation: Assist in preparing various documents such as reports, presentations and proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have good organisational skills with attention to detail. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required for this position.
