Title: Processing Clerk Full Time
Location: Dublin 12, Ireland
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift timings: 37.5 Hours per week Mon - Friday, start / finish time to be confirmed by line manager
The International Cheque Operation supports our client by processing paper payments end to end in a fast paced environment where high quality and performance are key factors in delivering an outstanding service.
PURPOSE
To work closely within a team performing process driven tasks enabling the successful delivery of international payments.
* Roles available vary depending on previous administrative experience.
Quality and SLA Management
* Perform required tasks in a timely manner, achieving all daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets.
* Perform required tasks in an accurate manner, as per the defined processes, achieving all daily/weekly/monthly quality targets.
* Be an advocate of the brands you work on, and develop good product knowledge.
* Develop good customer and team relationships.
* Provide responses to customer queries and complaints, as required.
General
* Work in accordance with any and all health and safety requirements
* Work in accordance with all data security and confidentiality requirements
* Any other reasonable activity, as requested by a member of line management. The employee is required to undertake any task for which they have been trained, have suitable qualifications and or experience as deemed by a member of management.
