Legal Executive – Conveyancing | DublinA busy and well-established general practice firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive to join its growing team.The firm has a strong property practice and a close-knit team consisting of 2 Partners, 3 Solicitors (including a dedicated Property Solicitor), 1 Legal Executive and 1 Legal Secretary.This role would suit someone who is confident, hands-on and able to manage conveyancing matters independently from start to finish.The RoleManaging conveyancing transactions from sale agreed through to completion and post-completionHandling residential conveyancing files independentlyLiaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agentsEnsuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirementsWorking closely with Partners and the wider team in a busy practiceExperience RequiredStrong conveyancing experience is essentialIdeally 5+ years' experience, provided you are fully competentMust be able to hit the ground runningTraining will be provided on internal systemsForeign-qualified solicitors or non-Irish qualified candidates will be considered, provided they have strong domestic conveyancing experienceFE-1 candidates will not be consideredThe PersonCompetent, reliable and flexibleEasy to work with and a strong team playerHighly organised with excellent attention to detailValues consistency and long-term commitmentThe firm values loyalty and rewards strong performers, offering stability and a supportive working environment.
