As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide guidance to our dealer network on technical issues and use your skills to keep our customer uptime at maximum levels.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualification in HGV’s, automotive transport or mechanical engineering
* Confidence to communicate and deal with people at all levels
* Strong analytical skills
* IT knowledge including Microsoft, Word and Excel
* Technical Report writing skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Support our dealer network with technical issues and reporting to Scania HQ when necessary
* Supporting the flow of technical information and communications to our network and end users
* Work as part of a team on development projects for new products and services.
* Build a close working relationship with all internal departments to improve products and services
* Travel to our dealer network throughout Ireland providing support on technical issues and projects
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as required
