URGENT ROLE – Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager (Standalone)

Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture? We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our busy client and play a key role in maintaining and improving safety standards across all manufacturing and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement best-in-class EH&S practices in line with current legislation and company policies.
Deliver training programmes for staff and site operatives to promote a strong safety culture.
Provide expert guidance and advice to management on all EHS matters.
Prepare, review, and advise on Safety Statements, Method Statements, and related documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
Liaise with customers’ Environmental, Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and cooperation.
Coordinate First Aid and ongoing EHS training initiatives across the organisation.
Key Requirements
Relevant EHS qualification (e.g. Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH).
Strong knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Confident communicator with the ability to train and influence others.
Practical experience carrying out risk assessments and preparing safety documentation.
Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
