As a store leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing operational performance in our client's high-profile retail outlet in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to your team members, recognizing their achievements and actively managing performance
* Strategically analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth within the store
* Oversee both operational and people leadership activities within the store, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Recruit, onboard, manage payroll accuracy, absence, and career progression for team members

Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in grocery management and leadership roles
