Compliance Officer Role
We seek an experienced Compliance professional to perform a key role in risk management and regulatory compliance.
* Perform the role of Head of Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards.
* Develop and implement an Annual Compliance Plan, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, including new product development and implementation.
* Maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
* Provide regular reports and presentations to internal committees and Boards, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Compliance-related roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality oversight and guidance.
