Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Finance team with financial administration, reporting, and compliance tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the finance function. This is an entry level position but 1-2 years experience in a similar role is required.
Location: North Wicklow
Compensation & Benefits:
* €28,000 - €33,000 DOE
* Assistance toward achieving an accountancy qualification

Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and balancing supplier account statements.
* Assisting in the compilation of financial reports for both internal use and external audits.
* Evaluating expenses and financial data, presenting insights and summaries.
* Aiding in the completion of VAT documentation and returns.
* Organising and maintaining financial, payroll, and taxation records.
* Uploading and processing invoices in accordance with company protocols.
* Recording and archiving all received delivery dockets.
* Communicating with internal teams and external contacts to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Performing a range of administrative duties to support the finance department.

* Proactive and eager to gain expertise in company systems and processes.
* Strong understanding of business operations and financial processes.
* Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
* Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft packages.
* Full drivers licence
