We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our team as a Naval Service Chef. This is a unique opportunity to work on the ship, planning and preparing nutritious meals for our crew members.
* This role requires you to operate in a well-structured kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
* You will participate in menu planning, stock control, and provisioning for operations of varying duration.
* As part of your responsibilities, you will support the training, supervision, and mentoring of junior and trainee chefs.
* In emergency situations, you will assist in response efforts, including fire-fighting and damage control exercises as part of the ship's wider crew duties.
