Financial Controller Location: Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork Salary: €80,000 per annum We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the Senior Management Team of a well-established organisation based in Carrigtwohill. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the finance function and providing strategic financial insight, strong governance, and robust financial controls. Key Responsibilities Include: Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual budgets Cash flow management, financial analysis, and variance reporting Oversight of audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting Leadership and development of the finance team Maintenance of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks Liaison with senior stakeholders, Board members, and external partners Candidate Requirements: Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 7 years experience in financial management, including senior-level roles Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Experience in a regulated or not-for-profit environment is an advantage For more information please visit our website.
