About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel's Food and Beverage and Front Office departments.
* Supervise and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to guests.
* Monitor and control departmental budgets to ensure profitability.
* Implement and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all areas of the hotel.
You will be required to work closely with other department heads to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within a hotel or hospitality environment.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
