Role:
To provide customer support and query co-ordination to the department manager, to ensure best practice for all process and procedures. To achieve completion of product conversion workload within the agreed time and maintain the open order report.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage customer enquiries regarding orders, availability & item code queries.
2. Liaise with the Technical manager on enquiries that come in via phone and email.
3. Co-ordinate and communicate product requests and enquiries to the conversions team.
4. Pricing and Quotes on SAP
5. To provide guidance, instruction and direction to the team leads with regards to the open order report.
6. To liaise with Internal sales reps, wholesalers and regional directors.
7. Ensure all orders are dispatched within time frame of open order report.
8. SAP Transactions, receipts, dispatch, BOM's, production orders, sales orders, item code set up.
9. Manage inventory and stock, liaising with inventory team.
10. Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and that all PPE provided is used.
11. Support team manager and perform duties when manager is absent or out of office.
12. Provide input that may help improve processes and procedures throughout all areas of the building general housekeeping.

15. Experience using SAP a distinct advantage
16. Background or Education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
17. Confident to manage own workload
18. Ability to work as part of a busy team.
19. Technically minded with an interest in researching and resolving queries.
20. Efficient and Organized.
