Lead Risk and Control Test Specialist

* Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure accurate and timely completion of testing activities while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
* Utilize advanced analytical thinking to systematically evaluate complex testing situations, identifying key information and making data-driven decisions.
* Conduct in-depth evaluations of risk and control processes to identify gaps, verify design and implementation, and assess effectiveness.
* Manage diverse teams, planning and organizing activities to integrate and coordinate work across different parts of the organization.
* Making strategic decisions that have a wide-ranging impact throughout the function, leveraging deep knowledge of risk and control testing principles, practices, and theories.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* At least 7 years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a risk and control environment.
* Demonstrated advanced proficiency in analytical thinking, with a track record of systematically evaluating complex testing situations and making data-driven decisions.
* Proven experience in conducting in-depth evaluations, identifying control coverage gaps, and assessing control effectiveness.
* Experience in leading diverse teams, with a focus on planning and organizing activities across different parts of an organization.
* Advanced proficiency in risk management and controls, with a history of making sound decisions in the best interest of the firm according to risk management practices and policies.
