They are now seeking an Commercial Analyst someone who can blend analytical capability with commercial thinking to support decision-making across international markets. The Opportunity You will become a key contributor within a fast-paced, global environment, working across multiple functions to provide clarity on performance, market trends and commercial opportunities. The role offers exposure to distributor markets, category and consumer insights, commercial strategy, and senior stakeholders across regions. Key Responsibilities Performance & Reporting Manage and integrate a range of data sources (distributor, market data providers, internal sales, e-commerce) Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and Power BI Provide timely insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews Insights & Strategy Support Turn complex data into clear growth insights and recommendations Support market assessments, new launches and performance tracking Conduct ad-hoc analysis into pricing, promotions, distribution and performance drivers Stakeholder Management & Projects Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams to embed insights in decision-making Support international commercial reviews and cross-functional projects Manage timelines, deliverables and reporting workflows Category & Consumer Assist with category analysis and competitive landscape reviews Connect consumer insights with market performance to support strategic conversations Help integrate category and consumer learnings into commercial forums and planning cycles Ideal Background 34 years experience in FMCG/CPG analytics, insights, commercial strategy, or similar roles Strong analytical skills with experience using market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI) Advanced Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL or BI tools helpful Strong commercial awareness with the ability to communicate insights clearly Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills Category management or international exposure is an advantage Skills: Commercial Finance FMCG Financial Modelling growth & strategy
