Job Description:
Early Years Practitioners play a vital role in supporting the development, learning and wellbeing of children with Autism.
* To teach/tutor children with Autism, implementing and delivering their Individual Education Plans.
* Assist the teacher in providing an environment that is caring, fun and safe for all children.
* Work collaboratively to reduce inappropriate behaviours and increase acceptable ones by following established behaviour protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A relevant degree such as Montessori Education or Early Childcare and Education (Level 8 or 9).
* Experience working with children or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) experience desirable.
