We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team in a part-time office-based role.
Role Overview:
This is a varied position combining sales, customer service, and administrative support.
You will play a key role in managing enquiries, promoting our services, coordinating jobs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and CRM system.
Convert leads into bookings through excellent communication and customer service.
Allocate staff and resources for scheduled jobs.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote services.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in sales (phone or face-to-face) with strong customer service skills.
Competence with CRM systems and general office software (Word, Excel, email).
Marketing or social media experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours & Benefits:
Part-time position: up to 19 hours per week,
