Senior Reward Manager
Leading the reward function requires a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives, manage business-as-usual activities, and deliver impactful projects. The successful candidate will ensure that reward policies and practices align with the organization's strategy and market best practice within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy development, bonus planning, and market data analysis for eligible employees. This involves working closely with HR colleagues and regional teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Coordinate senior management compensation in collaboration with local and global Reward teams, including promotion and appointment processes. Effective communication is key to ensuring consistency and fairness across all levels.
* Monitor employment legislation, market trends, and survey results to inform recommendations on reward strategies that align with industry standards.
* Prepare insightful reports and presentations for HR colleagues and senior leaders to support informed decision-making.
* Develop and maintain remuneration structures following market review, internal restructures, or acquisitions, including salary ranges, bonus schemes, pension, and benefits. This requires a deep understanding of market conditions and organizational needs.
* Lead strategic reward projects and participate in wider HR initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Advise HR and business leaders on reward offerings for new hires, internal transfers, and bespoke roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market expectations.
* Oversee investment bonus schemes, regulatory compliance calculations, and grading committee processes to support pay transparency and governance requirements.
