Overview
We are hiring for a project-leading Senior Architectural Technologist for an award-winning and internationally acclaimed architectural studio in Dublin. The practice is celebrated for its exceptional design standards and prestigious reputation, with a strong pipeline of projects through 2025 and beyond. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering large-scale projects in Ireland, ideally with a background in running complex packages across all stages. Revit expertise is essential, and a strong command of BIM processes is key. You’ll play a vital role in the project team, coordinating with consultants and ensuring delivery excellence from design through to completion.
The Role
Projects are broad and varied, with key commissions in Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace, and Hospitality/Retail sectors. This diversity offers the chance to work across different typologies and project scales. Experience working on Data Centre projects will be a significant advantage. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll take ownership of technical delivery, drawing packages, detailing, and coordination across RIAI work stages. You’ll liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with Irish building standards.
Responsibilities

* Mentor or guide junior team members as needed.
* Ensure BIM processes and Revit workflows are applied effectively across projects.
Qualifications
* Recognised qualifications in Architectural Technology
* Minimum 8+ years post-qualification experience
* Strong technical and detailing skills with project experience in Ireland
* Expert-level proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
* Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
* In-depth knowledge of Irish planning, construction, and building regulations
Salary & Benefits
The salary is highly competitive, dependent on experience and expertise, with a range estimated at €80–93k+ plus flexibility for the right candidate.
