* Manage medical workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
* Ensure adherence to employment law.
* Oversee medical HR operations including contracts, payroll, and rostering.
* Represent the organisation at national forums on medical staffing.
* Lead employee relations and performance management for medical staff.
* Degree in Human Resources or Business.
* Experience in a leadership position.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
* Healthcare experience desirable.
* Change management skills would be advantageous.
