We are working with an international real estate firm now growing its European presence in Dublin. The first of multiple hires is a Head of Asset Management who will play a strategic role in scaling the asset management platform.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
1. Manage and scale the asset management team as the European real estate platform grows
2. Oversee and report on the European loan portfolio, including stabilised, transitional, and construction loans across Europe
3. Maintain portfolio trackers and reports; update senior leadership on key issues and risk mitigation
4. Manage third -party servicer/facility agent relationships in European
5. Handle complex loan asset management
6. Mentor and train team members, guiding their career development as the team grows
Requirements
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
8. 10+ years of experience in asset management of commercial real estate loans, including construction loans
9. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, fixed income, and financial concepts
10. Experience managing portfolios across Europe
11. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus
12. Team player with strong relationship -building skills, able to work independently while reflecting company values
