Hours Per Week: 39 - Hours Salary:€76,151 - €91,846 (Commensurate with experience) The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of Prospers service provision in South Fingal, as well as leading a team of person-centred and dedicated professionals.The primary duties of the role are to design, deliver, manage, review and report on the day to day operations of Prospers day service provision in South Fingal and residential services for Prosper Fingal. The Area Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision of Prosper and ensuring excellence and best practice in service delivery.Prosper is continually growing its service provision in response with service needs and demand.Therefore, the successful candidate will feel confident to meet this growth with a can do attitude while instilling a positive and person-centred culture. Essential Criteria: A Bachelors Degree in Social Care or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within disability services or a related field. Strong knowledge of disability services, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
