Offer description

HRM Search Partners has been engaged by a premier boutique management consultancy to source a high‑calibre Business Analyst for a critical digital transformation project.
Our client specializes in digital enablement and agile transformation for complex, highly regulated organizations. They are outcomes‑focused and pride themselves on building long‑term capability within their client sites. We are looking for a consultant who mirrors this "straight‑talk" approach and can deliver excellence under tight timelines.
The project involves the delivery of a standardized digital idea‑management platform built on Quickbase. You will work across seven distinct intake streams, supporting each to onboard onto this shared "citizen development" platform.
Responsibilities

Discovery & Alignment: Run structured workshops with seven intake streams to map current processes and align them with shared platform standards.
Process Mapping: Document end‑to‑end processes and manage feature requirements, ensuring strict adherence to project scope.
Governance & Documentation: Document the full platform lifecycle to support long‑term governance and operational stability.
Training & Adoption: Develop clear, role‑based training materials and support the execution of training sessions to ensure sustainable user adoption.
Stakeholder Management: Move with pace and "hold the line" on scope while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with stream leads.

Experience

Sector Expertise: Proven BA experience within Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences is essential.
Technical Literacy: End‑to‑end process mapping (ideally using Mural) and a solid understanding of the SDLC are mandatory.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with citizen development platforms (where business users are the primary operators) is a significant advantage; specific awareness of Quickbase is a major plus.
Workshop Facilitation: Expert skills in leading workshops across multi‑team, complex environments.
Negotiation: Strong ability to manage scope creep and handle difficult stakeholder conversations with precision.
Education: Experience in developing and delivering role‑based training materials.
Direct & Honest: You communicate with precision, even when delivering difficult news.
Self‑Sufficient: You thrive in a remote environment and take full ownership of your work without needing close direction.
Quality‑Driven: You take genuine pride in the quality of your documentation and deliverables.
Outcome‑Focused: You prioritize the right solution over the easiest one, building trust across teams to achieve shared goals.
