Their team is committed to providing an excellent customer experience, with trust, agility and service at the core of their values.Your new roleAs Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating motor, liability and professional indemnity claims of varying complexity. You will prepare detailed reports, liaise with policyholders, insurers and brokers, and ensure all investigations are carried out in line with regulatory and company standards. This role also involves identifying fraudulent claims, managing workflow effectively, and consistently providing a high level of customer service.
