Brief Description*** FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY IN A GROWING BUSINESS ***The RoleWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our busyand fast-paced warehouse team at Finol on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role,you will support the smooth and efficient movement of goods, ensuring accuracy,safety and high-quality service as part of our daily operations. This is an excellentopportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a dynamic environment,and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all warehouse activities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring all goods are picked, checked and palletisedaccurately and in timely manner, in line with Company procedures.Ensuring all goods are in the correct location and labelled correctly, reportingany damaged or incorrectly located stock to your line manager.Responsible for rotating all dated stock as directed by Company procedures.To assist with monthly stock takes.Ensuring all equipment (e.g., ladders, forklift trucks, pallet trucks) is correctlyused and properly maintained.To know the locations of and practice correct handling procedures forpotentially hazardous products.To serve and assist customers when required at the counter and on the phone.Advising customers on any queries, which may arise in relation to productsand/or their orders, technical knowledge of the products will form a key part ofthe role.Maintaining the site, to ensure it is in good and safe order, reporting any H&S oursecurity concerns as and when they arise to your line manager.General office administration and use of the computer for processing of orders,checking stock and dispatch dockets.Any other duties as assigned by your line manager to meet the needs of thebusiness.Key Skills RequiredForklift license desirable.Warehouse experience advantageousSelf-MotivatedHands on/can do attitude.A high level of accuracy/attention to detail along with good organizational skillsare key attributes for the position.Knowledge of Health & Safety regulationsExcellent interpersonal skills, specifically excellent customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure.What do we offer?At Finol, we care about you and your progression.
