Neighbourhood Management Specialist

About the Role
This role involves delivering a tenancy and estate management service across designated areas. You will carry out regular inspections addressing issues such as breaches, environmental concerns and health & safety matters while building strong relationships with residents.
Your workload includes managing tenancies supporting residents through visits & reviews taking appropriate action when agreements are not adhered to.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams external partners including community safety groups local services contractors resolving issues effectively for joined-up support. You’ll engage with local communities coordinate improvement initiatives participate in estate meetings projects maintaining accurate records preparing reports communicating stakeholders. No two days will be the same playing key roles enhancing resident experience.
