Job Description:
As an operational office manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation's support services for women and children. This includes overseeing service delivery, strategic planning, staff supervision, safeguarding compliance, achievement of key performance indicators, budget management, and partnership development.
This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, coordination of service programs, and driving continuous service improvement based on user needs, data analysis, and best practices. You will be required to develop actionable plans to support quality implementation and demonstrate sound decision-making in complex environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Teams, and database management
- Working knowledge of GDPR
