Litigation Consultant
to join our Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable litigator to work directly with clients, representing them in complex employment disputes at the
Workplace Relations Commission (WRC)
and the
Labour
Court
.
The Role
As a Litigation Consultant, you'll take ownership of employment law cases from start to finish – drafting responses, preparing cases for hearing, advising clients on strategy, and representing them at hearings. You'll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through challenging situations, delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, prepare, and respond to claims brought against clients at the WRC and Labour Court.
* Advise clients on case merits, risks, and potential outcomes.
* Represent clients at both face-to-face and remote hearings.
* Prepare case files, hearing bundles, and supporting documentation.
* Identify and liaise with witnesses as required.
* Correspond with the WRC, Labour Court, claimants' representatives, and clients.
* Provide regular updates and case reviews to ensure clients are fully informed.
* Deliver training sessions internally and externally where required.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and related case law.
* Support cross-functional teams and contribute to client retention and business growth.
What We're Looking For
* Third-level qualification in
Law, Employment Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations
.
* Proven experience managing employment law claims and litigation.
* Strong advocacy skills and confidence representing clients in hearings.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* A client-focused, solutions-driven mindset with a professional and approachable manner.
