This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in accounts and administration to become part of a supportive team in a dynamic industry.About the Role: The successful candidate will support both the accounts team and the general office.
They must be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing a varied workload with minimal supervision.While experience with SAGE software is desirable, it is not essential.
However, experience using some form of accounts software is required.Key Responsibilities:Data entry and maintaining financial recordsBank reconciliationsInvoicing and credit controlResponding to client account queriesHandling rent reviews and RTB registrationsUpdating records and internal databasesManaging phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondenceOrdering and tracking stationery suppliesGeneral administrative support across the officeAssisting colleagues as neededExperience with Letman software would be beneficial but is not essential.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in an accounts assistant or administrative roleFamiliarity with SAGE or other accounting softwareProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesProactive and capable of working with minimal supervisionA team player with a positive and professional attitudeThis is a fantastic opportunity for a capable and detail-oriented professional to join a reputable property management firm.For more information or to apply, please get in touch.
